Installing your Ring Wired Doorbell Plus (formerly Pro) on trim set back from brick? Need maximum clearance for a tight door swing or storm door? This **Full Offset Brick Extension Mount** is the solution!
It extends your doorbell forward past the brick (select required length) and uses our **Full Offset** design to shift the doorbell body entirely sideways over the brick face, maximizing space. Installs easily on trim >= 9/16" wide without drilling into masonry.
How it Works: Full Offset (Maximum Sideways Shift)
This mount utilizes our unique FULL OFFSET geometry. The Ring Wired Doorbell Plus attaches so its door-facing edge aligns flush with the side edge of the narrow 9/16" mount base. This provides the maximum possible horizontal shift over adjacent brick compared to our Standard Offset mounts.
This is the perfect solution when door swing clearance is the top priority.

CRITICAL: Measure & Select Your Extension Length!
Choose the correct length to clear your brickwork or storm door. Measure carefully:
- Measure the exact distance straight out from the surface where the mount base will attach (your trim) to the outermost face of your brick or obstacle.
- Order THIS measurement as your required Extension Length. (Do NOT subtract doorbell thickness for offset mounts).
Select the required extension length from the dropdown menu when ordering. (Starts at 1/4 inch).

How to Install Your Full Offset Extension
This mount uses two main printed pieces: the Extension Base (with Full Offset) and the Doorbell Adapter Bracket.

Tools & Prep: Gather: Drill, PH1 & PH2 Philips Screwdrivers/Bits, Level, Anchors (if needed), Ring security screwdriver (from doorbell box, typically star-shaped).
Turn OFF power at the breaker!

Mount Extension Base: Position the Extension Base (correct length/offset) on trim over wires (ensure Full Offset provides max clearance). Attach securely using appropriate screws (#6 size likely, use PH2) and anchors into the 2.5" spaced holes.
Ensure base is level. Don't overtighten.

Attach Doorbell Adapter Bracket: Route wires through the Doorbell Adapter Bracket (top piece for Wired Doorbell Plus). Align onto Extension Base. Attach using the four small center screws provided (likely #4 screws / PH1 driver).
Use correct PH1 bit. Tighten until flush. Check for/clear debris if needed. Do NOT over-torque.
- Wire Doorbell: Connect wires to your Ring Wired Doorbell Plus following Ring's instructions. Tuck excess wire into base cavity.

Attach Ring Doorbell Plus (Pro):
- Remove the faceplate from your Ring Wired Doorbell Plus.
- Align the doorbell body with the mounting features on the Doorbell Adapter Bracket.
- Secure the doorbell body to the Adapter Bracket using the small side security screws that came WITH YOUR RING DOORBELL and the corresponding Ring screwdriver.
- Snap the faceplate back onto the doorbell.
Use Ring's side security screws & tool. Do NOT use our mount screws for this step. Tighten gently. - Final Check & Power On: Ensure doorbell is secure. Turn power back on and test.
Follow safety rules & Ring's guidelines. Use correct anchors/screws. Correct screwdriver size prevents stripping.
