It's the ultimate solution for perpendicular wall installations where standard mounts or simple wedges just don't provide enough angle. Ideal for situations where the doorbell needs to 'look around the corner'.

Wide Angle Dual-Axis Control (15-90°)

Designed for significant angle correction, this mount features a unique bent-neck swivel joint. It provides precise aiming control across a 15° to 90° arc relative to the wall, ideal for side-facing views (excels at angles greater than 45°). Fine-tuning is possible both horizontally (left/right) and vertically (up/down).

Note: While adjustable across the range, this design is optimized for substantial side angles and is less suited if you only need a very minor (<15°) adjustment or a straight-ahead view.

    • Installing Your 15-90° Swivel Mount

    1. Tools & Prep: Gather:
      • Drill (with bits for pilot holes & wall screws).
      • Screwdrivers/Bits: PH2 Philips (#6 base screws) AND PH1 Philips (typically #4 bracket/set/doorbell screws provided with mount). Using the correct size is crucial!
      • Wall anchors (if needed for your wall type), Level (optional).
      If hardwiring your doorbell, turn OFF power at the circuit breaker first!
    2. Mount Base: Route wires (if any) through the center hole of the Swivel Mount Base. Position the base on the wall/trim and attach it using #6 screws (PH2 driver). Use appropriate wall anchors if not screwing into solid wood.
      Drill pilot holes if necessary. Ensure the base is secure but do not overtighten screws.
    3. Attach Swivel Bracket to Base: Route wires through the Swivel Bracket's arm. Align the Swivel Bracket onto the mounted Base. Secure it using the four small center screws provided with the mount (likely #4 screws / PH1 driver).
      Use the correct PH1 bit. Start all screws gently before tightening. Avoid overtightening.
    4. Set Initial Angle: Adjust the Swivel Bracket to your approximate desired angle (between 15° and 90°). The joint allows both horizontal and vertical fine-tuning. Lightly tighten one or two of the set screws on the swivel joint (likely #4 / PH1 driver) to temporarily hold the position.
    5. Wire Doorbell (If Applicable): Connect the wires to your doorbell according to the doorbell manufacturer's instructions. Carefully tuck any excess wire into the mount cavity or wall.
    6. Attach Doorbell to Custom Bracket:
      • Align your selected doorbell model (or its original mounting plate, if that's how your specific model attaches) with the pre-drilled holes on the custom swivel mount bracket that was sent for your doorbell model.
      • Secure the doorbell/plate using the specific small screws PROVIDED WITH THIS MOUNT (likely #4 screws / PH1 driver).
      • DO NOT USE the long wall screws that came with your doorbell for this step. Use our provided shorter screws.
      • Replace the doorbell cover or faceplate if applicable.
      Use the correct PH1 driver for our provided screws. Tighten snugly; do not overtighten, which could damage the 3D printed parts or your doorbell.
    7. Finalize & Secure Angle: Make any final adjustments to the doorbell's angle for the perfect view. Fully tighten all set screws on the swivel joint gently but firmly (likely PH1 driver).
      Do not overtighten set screws! Hand-tighten until snug is sufficient to hold the angle.
      Turn power back on (if applicable) and test your doorbell.

    Always follow safety rules and your doorbell manufacturer's guidelines. Use appropriate wall anchors for your wall type. Using the correct Philips bit size is key to preventing stripped screws.
