I am not sure which doorbell mount I need to order. Is this something that you can help with? 

Yes, we are happy to answer any questions that you may have.  Please send over your scenario and if possible, photos of your current situation to 318-759-7425 and we are happy to assist. 

Can the doorbell still be wired with your mounts? 

Yes, all of our mounts allow for the doorbell to be wired. They all include holes in the center to hide the wiring. If you need extra or longer wires, I have an add-on option to purchase, as well as wire nuts.

Can I request a color change? 

Yes. You can request a color at https://www.doorbellmount.com/products/color-change-request 

What are the default sizes of your doorbell mounts?

The default sizes are listed below:

Trim- Fixed Mount is 3/4” wide x 2.5” long x 3/8in extension height from bottom of the base

Adjustable Swivel Mounts  is 1.8” wide x 3.1” tall x apron 1.5in extension from bottom of the base when straight on 35 degrees 

What type of doorbell mounts do you sell?

We sell doorbell mounts and extensions for a variety of doorbells, including Ring, Nest, Eufy, and Blink. If your doorbell is not listed, please message us at  318-759-7425 to have yours listed. We have adjustable, fixed, fixed angle, and brick extensions for every possible mounting problem.

What is your return policy?

I guarantee that the items you order will fit the doorbell and work as intended. I accept exchanges if you order the wrong items. I do not accept returns if people change their minds. But, I do work with everyone who has an issue with the installation to make sure they have a workable product, even if they ordered the wrong model for their doorbell. 

Refunds on orders that are not yet processed or that have not started printing will be refunded (a $5 cancellation fee will be kept to cover payment process fees that are not refunded by Shopify or Paypal). After shipment, we will exchange any item for any reason for the same item, or other item that we sell or can 3D print.  Returns will be credited with store credit only. If any item does not meet your functional use, aesthetic quality, or fit, the item will gladly be exchanged at our expense. Please provide any pictures showing the issue, and it will be replaced.   

Do you have Ring Doorbell mounts?

Yes, I have mounts to fit all Ring doorbells but note that each version is different. Please ensure you are ordering the correct Ring doorbell model. I have each model listed separately.  If you do not know which one you have or which one to order, please message or text us at 318-759-7425. I have a doorbell mount for each version of the following: Ring Original, Ring Generation 2 , Ring 2,  Ring 3, 3+ Ring 4, Ring Plus, Ring Elite, Ring Pro, Ring Pro 2, and  Ring Wired 2021.
