- Surface Width: Requires a mounting surface (trim/molding) that is AT LEAST 9/16 inches wide. Fits surfaces 9/16" or wider, but CANNOT fit surfaces narrower than 9/16".
- Intended Use: Mounting on narrow trim (9/16" minimum) recessed behind brickwork to bring the doorbell forward AND shift it sideways with a **Standard (5/8") Offset**.
- WILL NOT FIT: Other Ring models OR trim narrower than 9/16".

Mount Your Ring Gen 2 on Narrow Trim (9/16" Minimum) with Standard Offset!
Have narrow brick molding or trim (at least 9/16-inch wide) next to your door? This specialized Ultra-Narrow Standard Offset Brick Extension Mount allows you to securely mount your Ring Video Doorbell (2020 / Gen 2) in these tight spots.
It extends your doorbell forward past the brick and provides our standard 5/8" sideways offset, positioning the doorbell partially over the adjacent brick or siding.
How it Works: Standard Offset (5/8") vs. Full Offset
This mount features our STANDARD OFFSET, which measures approximately 5/8 inches from the center of the base to the center of the doorbell. This typically leaves about 7/16 inches of the 9/16" base visible on the side closest to the door frame.
This provides a good amount of offset for many situations. If you need the absolute maximum sideways clearance (aligning the doorbell edge with the base edge), consider our "Full Offset" version.
This mount positions the doorbell over or in front of the brick face, not flush with it.

Base Dimensions & Mounting: The mounting base itself is 9/16 inches wide (requires >= 9/16" surface). Standard mounting hole spacing is typically 2.5 inches (center-to-center) - please verify if critical. Ensure your trim provides a solid mounting surface. Use appropriate screws for your trim material (not included).
Angled Trim? If your mounting trim surface is angled, add our Angle Shims (5°, 10°, 15° Options) to your order for a perfect vertical installation (ensure shim width is compatible or contact us).
CRITICAL: Measure for Your OFFSET Extension Length!
Choosing the correct extension length ensures the mount clears your brickwork, allowing the offset bracket to properly position your doorbell over the brick face. Please measure carefully:
- Measure the exact distance straight out from the surface where the mount base will attach (your >=9/16" trim) to the outermost face of your brick.
- Order THIS measurement as your required Extension Length. (Do NOT subtract doorbell thickness for this Offset mount type).
This length ensures the extension arm reaches the brick face, allowing the standard offset bracket to position your doorbell correctly.
