Ideal for mounting on narrow trim recessed behind brick, especially when facing a **perpendicular wall** or needing maximum adjustment to clear obstacles like **storm doors** while still achieving the ideal camera angle up, down, left, or right.

Full Offset Advantage

The integrated extension base uses our FULL OFFSET design, aligning the doorbell's edge flush with the base's edge for the maximum possible sideways shift over the brick – essential for tight door swing clearances.

The extension positions the doorbell over or in front of the brick face.

Extension Base: 9/16" wide (requires >= 9/16" surface). Standard 2.5" hole spacing.

Angled Trim? Use our Angle Shims (sold separately) under the extension base.

CRITICAL: Measure & Select Your EXTENSION LENGTH!

Choose the correct length for the **Brick Extension** part to clear your brickwork. Measure carefully:

  • Measure the exact distance straight out from the surface where the mount base will attach (your trim) to the outermost face of your brick or obstacle.
  • Order THIS measurement as your required Extension Length. (Do NOT subtract doorbell thickness).

Select the required extension length from the dropdown menu when ordering. (Starts at 1/4 inch).

How to Install Your Combo Extension + Swivel Mount

  1. Tools & Prep: Gather: Drill, PH1 & PH2 Bits, Level, Anchors (if needed), Masonry bit (optional), Ring bracket/screws/tool.
    Turn OFF power if hardwiring! Remove Ring battery.
  2. Mount Extension Base: Position Extension Base (correct length/offset) on trim. Attach securely using appropriate screws (#6/PH2 likely) & anchors into 2.5" holes.
    Ensure base is level. Don't overtighten.
  3. (Optional) Anchor to Brick: Drill pilot hole into brick via face hole on Extension Base. Secure with provided extra #6 screw.
    Use masonry bit/anchor if needed. Do not overtighten.
  4. Attach Swivel BASE to Extension Base: Align Swivel Base over Extension Base. Secure using provided **#6 screws** (confirm driver - likely PH2).
    Tighten securely.
  5. Attach Swivel BRACKET to Swivel Base: Route wires. Attach using four center screws (likely #4 / PH1 driver).
    Use correct PH1 bit. Tighten until flush. Do NOT over-torque.
  6. Set Initial Angle (15-90°): Adjust swivel. Lightly tighten one/two **set screws** (likely #4 / PH1).
  7. Wire Doorbell (If Hardwiring): Connect wires per Ring instructions. Tuck excess.
  8. Attach Ring Doorbell:
    • Remove Ring faceplate & battery.
    • Align mounting holes on back of doorbell body with holes on Swivel Adapter Bracket.
    • Secure **doorbell body** using screws PROVIDED WITH THIS MOUNT (likely #4 / PH1). Do NOT use Ring's wall screws.
    • Re-install battery & snap on faceplate. Secure with Ring's security screw(s).
    Use correct drivers/tools. Tighten gently.
  9. Finalize Angle & Secure: Make final adjustments. Fully tighten all **set screws** (likely PH1) gently.
    Do not overtighten set screws!
    Turn power back on (if applicable) and test.

Follow safety rules & Ring's guidelines. Use correct anchors/screws. Correct screwdriver size prevents stripping.
