Is your Lorex 2k, 4k, or 1080p (2-screw) Doorbell mounted on trim recessed behind brick? Need maximum clearance for a tight door swing or storm door? This **Full Offset Brick Extension Mount** provides the ultimate sideways shift!
It extends your Lorex doorbell forward past the brick (select the required length) and uses our unique **Full Offset** design to shift the doorbell entirely sideways over the brick face. Installs easily on narrow trim (>= 9/16" wide) without drilling into masonry.
How it Works: Full Offset (Maximum Sideways Shift)
This mount utilizes our unique FULL OFFSET geometry. Your Lorex Doorbell attaches so its door-facing edge aligns flush with the side edge of the narrow 9/16" mount base. This maximizes the horizontal shift over adjacent brick compared to our Standard Offset mounts.
This is the best choice when maximum clearance from a door swing or storm door is critical. The offset is reversible for left or right side mounting.
This mount positions the doorbell over or in front of the brick face.

CRITICAL: Measure & Select Your Extension Length!
Choose the correct length to clear your brickwork or storm door. Measure carefully:
- Measure the exact distance straight out from the surface where the mount base will attach (your trim) to the outermost face of your brick or obstacle.
- Order THIS measurement as your required Extension Length. (Do NOT subtract doorbell thickness for offset mounts).

How to Install Your Full Offset Extension for Lorex
This mount uses two main printed pieces: the Extension Base and the Doorbell Adapter Bracket.

Tools & Prep: Gather: Drill, PH1 & PH2 Philips Bits, Level, Anchors (if needed), your Lorex doorbell mounting plate & hardware.
Turn OFF power at the breaker!

Mount Extension Base: Position the Extension Base (correct length/offset) on trim over wires (ensure Full Offset provides max clearance needed). Attach securely using appropriate screws (#6 size likely, use PH2) and anchors into the 2.5" spaced holes.
Ensure base is level. Don't overtighten.

Attach Doorbell Adapter Bracket: Route wires through the Doorbell Adapter Bracket (top piece for Lorex). Align onto Extension Base. Attach using the four small center screws provided (likely #4 screws / PH1 driver).
Use correct PH1 bit. Tighten until flush. Check for/clear debris if needed. Do NOT over-torque.

Attach Lorex Backplate: Secure the **mounting plate that came WITH your Lorex Doorbell** onto the Doorbell Adapter Bracket using the small screws PROVIDED WITH THIS MOUNT (typically #4 / PH1). Ensure correct orientation.
Do NOT use Lorex's long wall screws here. Use correct PH1 driver.
- Wire & Mount Lorex Doorbell: Connect wires to the Lorex backplate following Lorex instructions. Mount the Lorex Doorbell unit onto its backplate.
- Final Check & Power On: Ensure doorbell is secure. Turn power back on and test.
Follow safety rules & Lorex guidelines. Use correct anchors/screws. Correct screwdriver size prevents stripping.
