Mount Dimensions (Base Assembly)

How It Works & Installation Steps
This kit combines the strength of a metal Command™ hanger with a precise adapter custom-made for your selected doorbell:
- Prepare Surface: Thoroughly clean your flat, smooth mounting surface with isopropyl alcohol as per 3M Command™ instructions. Allow to dry completely (usually 1 hour).

Install Command Hanger Base UPSIDE DOWN: Attach the Command™ Strips to the metal hanger base. Following 3M instructions, press the base firmly onto the prepared surface, ensuring it is oriented **UPSIDE DOWN** (flat edge up, hook part down). Press firmly along the entire base for 30 seconds.
Installation Orientation is CRITICAL! Must be upside down. Refer to included 3M instructions for strip application details and the crucial 1-hour waiting period before mounting anything to the base.

Attach Adapter Plate: After the 1-hour wait, secure the custom 3D printed adapter plate (for your selected doorbell model) onto the **upside-down** metal Command hanger base using the small screws provided with this kit (likely #4 screws / PH1 driver - check fit).
Use correct PH1 driver. Tighten snugly, do not overtighten.

Attach Your Doorbell: Align your specific video doorbell with the mounting holes on the custom adapter plate. Secure it using the screws PROVIDED WITH THIS KIT (likely #4 screws requiring a PH1 driver - check fit).
Do not use screws that came with your doorbell. Tighten gently, avoid overtightening.
- Final Check: Ensure everything is secure. Periodically check the adhesion, especially in extreme temperatures or humid conditions, as per 3M recommendations.
