This Standard Offset Brick Extension brings the doorbell forward and slightly sideways on a slim 9/16-inch base, cut to the exact depth you need — the usual fix for storm-door clearance or getting a panoramic camera out of a recessed entry.

Installing Your Standard Offset Brick Extension on an eufy Video Doorbell S4

  1. Order the right version: Choose Eufy Video Doorbell S4 (2026) and your extension depth in the dropdowns.
  2. Remove the old doorbell: Power down at the breaker and disconnect both wires.
  3. Route the wires: Thread the doorbell wires through the back of the extension so they exit at the front face.
  4. Mount the extension base: Position the extension on the trim, check it with a level, and fasten with the included #6 wood screws (#2 Phillips). Pilot holes help in hardwood.
  5. Attach the bracket: Attach the Eufy bracket to the extension front using the small center screws. Use a #1 Phillips PRECISION driver.
  6. Wire and mount the doorbell: Connect the wires to the S4 terminals, then seat the doorbell on the bracket with the screws PROVIDED WITH THIS MOUNT.

How do I pick the right depth?
Measure the gap between your trim and where the doorbell needs to sit. The 3-inch default works for most storm doors and standard brick.

Will this also fit my E340 or S330?

The S4 is wired-only. Does this mount handle the wiring?
Yes. Every one of our mounts has a wire channel through the body, so the two low-voltage doorbell wires run from the wall, through the mount, to the S4's terminals. The S4 needs 16-24V AC at 10-40 VA; its small internal battery is only a backup for power outages, so hardwiring is required.
Why does an extension matter more on the S4 than on an older doorbell?
The S4's 180° × 180° lens sees almost everything beside it. Mounted tight to a brick return, a big slice of that image is brick. Pushing it forward past the edge turns that slice back into porch.
