Method A — You HAVE your doorbell: Hold the S4 where you want it to end up and measure from the trim to the back of the doorbell. Order that depth; 3 inches is the most common.

Method B — You DON'T have your doorbell yet: Measure from the trim out to where the back of the doorbell should sit — usually flush with or just past the brick face — and round to the nearest 1/8 inch.

Installing Your Full Offset Brick Extension on an eufy Video Doorbell S4

  1. Order the right version: Choose Eufy Video Doorbell S4 (2026) and your extension depth in the dropdowns.
  2. Remove the old doorbell: Power down at the breaker and disconnect both wires.
  3. Route the wires: Thread the doorbell wires through the back of the extension so they exit at the front face.
  4. Mount the extension base: Position the extension on the trim, check it with a level, and fasten with the included #6 wood screws (#2 Phillips). Pilot holes help in hardwood.
  5. Attach the bracket: Attach the Eufy bracket to the extension front using the small center screws. Use a #1 Phillips PRECISION driver.

When do I need Full Offset instead of Standard?
When the trim beside the brick is so narrow that a standard extension would still leave the doorbell overlapping the masonry. Full Offset moves the whole doorbell off the base.
How do I pick the depth?
Measure from the trim to where the back of the doorbell should sit, usually flush with the brick face. 3 inches is the most common; we swap a wrong depth free.
Will this also fit my E340 or S330?

The S4 is wired-only. Does this mount handle the wiring?
Yes. Every one of our mounts has a wire channel through the body, so the two low-voltage doorbell wires run from the wall, through the mount, to the S4's terminals. The S4 needs 16-24V AC at 10-40 VA; its small internal battery is only a backup for power outages, so hardwiring is required.
Is the S4 too heavy to hang off a full offset?
No. The S4 weighs 0.63 lb; the extension is solid PETG and fastened with two #6 screws into the trim. For very long depths beside loose brick, the Brick Side Shim add-on gives extra bracing.
