The 15-90° Adjustable Swivel Mount swings your Tapo Doorbell Pro D260 anywhere from 15° to a full 90°, so its 180° 4K view looks at the person on your step instead of the wall across the porch.

The swivel head carries a bracket printed for the Tapo D260 body — the doorbell locks on the way it does to Tapo's own plate. Battery or hardwired makes no difference to the mount.

Installing Your 15-90° Swivel Mount on a Tapo D260

  1. Choose the model: Pick TP-Link Tapo D260 in the dropdown; that selection determines which bracket ships.
  2. Take the doorbell down: If the D260 is already on the wall, release it from the Tapo bracket as shown in the Tapo guide. Hardwired? Kill the breaker first and free the two wires.
  3. Mount the base: Feed the wires through the base (battery installs skip this), set it on the side wall, and anchor with the provided #6 wood screws and a #2 Phillips screwdriver.
  4. Swing and lock: Rotate the swivel 15-90° until the D260 faces the main entry, then tighten to lock.
  5. Attach the bracket: Secure the Tapo bracket to the swivel head with the center screws. #1 Phillips PRECISION screwdriver.
  6. Mount the doorbell: Land the two wires on the D260 terminals (hardwired only) and secure the doorbell to the bracket with the screws PROVIDED WITH THIS MOUNT.
  7. Finish up: Power up, open the Tapo app and redraw your Activity Zones for the new angle.

Tools: #2 Phillips screwdriver, #1 Phillips PRECISION screwdriver, drill (optional pilot holes), level. Multimeter only if you hardwire.

FAQ — 15-90° Adjustable Swivel Mount for the Tapo D260

Is the D260 bracket the same as the D225 bracket?
No. They are different bodies. This listing is for the D260 only; the D225, D210, D130 and D230 versions are in our Tapo collection.
How far does it turn?
From about 15° up to 90°, for side-wall and perpendicular-wall installs.
Does it matter if my D260 is on battery or hardwired?
No. The bracket is the same either way. If you hardwire, the two low-voltage wires pass through the mount to the D260 terminals. If you run on battery, nothing passes through — just leave the wire channel empty. You can still take the doorbell off to charge it with the USB-C cable.
The D260 came with its own mounting wedges. Do I still need this?
Tapo's wedges only tilt the doorbell a few degrees on a flat wall. They can't turn a doorbell 90° off a side wall. This mount can, and it locks.
