Adjustable 15-90° Side-Wall Mount for the Reolink Video Doorbell PoE — 2K Wired Ethernet, Cat-5e Pass-Through Pivot

Engineered for the Reolink Video Doorbell PoE — the wired-Ethernet model with 2K (5MP) resolution, 4:3 aspect, 180° diagonal field of view, and Power-over-Ethernet for one-cable install. The bent-neck 15-90° pivot tilts the wired body perpendicular to the wall, and the pass-through joint is sized to accept a terminated CAT5e/CAT6 cable with the RJ45 connector still attached — no need to recrimp on-site. Set-screw locked, made-to-order in the USA, ships matte black or white in UV-stable PETG.

PoE installs are usually clean — one cable, no transformer hassle — but on a side-wall mount, the 180° diagonal frame ends up watching siding instead of the porch. The wide-arc 15-90° pivot fixes that without losing the single-cable clean install.

Custom-Fit for the Reolink Video Doorbell PoE

  • This bracket is shaped specifically for the Reolink Video Doorbell PoE — Amazon ASIN B0B7S1HMPC. 2K (5MP) resolution, 4:3 aspect, 180° diagonal FOV (135° H × 100° V), HDR with 3D DNR, color night vision, person/vehicle/package detection, two-way audio, microSD up to 256GB, no monthly fee, PoE (IEEE 802.3af) or 12-24V AC/DC power. Ships with Chime V2.
  • Body-shared note: The Reolink Video Doorbell PoE and the WiFi Plug-In share a similar body shape. This bracket is sized for the PoE specifically (with RJ45 pass-through). The WiFi Plug-In version has its own 15-90° listing.
  • Does NOT fit: the Reolink Video Doorbell Battery (different body, 1:1 head-to-toe, battery compartment) — that has its own dedicated mount. Also does not fit Ring, Nest, Wyze, Eufy, Aqara, Tapo, Arlo, ecobee, or any non-Reolink brand.
  • Quick Reolink ID: The PoE model has an RJ45 Ethernet jack on the back and ships with the Chime V2. WiFi version uses regular doorbell wires + 5GHz Wi-Fi. Battery model has a removable battery pack and 1:1 aspect.

Side-Wall Pivot Without Losing the Single-Cable Install

The PoE doorbell's whole pitch is one CAT5e/CAT6 cable carrying both data and power — no transformer, no Wi-Fi dropouts, optional 24/7 continuous recording with a Reolink NVR. That clean install evaporates if the cable can't fit through your mount: most universal mounts force you to de-terminate and recrimp the RJ45 inside the wall, which is annoying.

The 15-90° bent-neck pivot is sized so a fully-terminated CAT5e/CAT6 with the RJ45 attached fits through the joint, and the bracket tilts the entire doorbell perpendicular to the wall up to 90°. Set the angle once, lock with set screws, never readjust — PoE is a fit-and-forget install, and the mount holds the same way for years.

Wide Dual-Axis Control (15-90°) — Tuned for the Reolink Video Doorbell PoE

Bent-neck swivel joint — precise aiming control across a 15° to 90° arc relative to the wall. Excels at angles greater than 45°. Fine-tuning works horizontally and vertically. Locking set screws hold position permanently.

Mount Dimensions & Weight

  • Base Width: 1.8 inches
  • Base Height: 3.1 inches
  • Base Hole Spacing: 2-5/8 inches (center-to-center)
  • Wall Extension at 15°: ~2.0 inches
  • Wall Extension at 90°: ~3.5 inches (extends doorbell perpendicular to wall)
  • Weight: ~2 oz (PETG mount only)
  • (Note: This is the standard 1.8" base; narrow 3/4" baseplate option available — see Customization section.)

Key Features & Benefits

  • Custom-Fit for the Reolink PoE Body: Pre-shaped pocket cradles the wired body without obstructing the lens or speaker.
  • Wide 15-90° Pivot Range: Tilts the doorbell perpendicular to the wall — no more 180° frames staring at brick or trim.
  • RJ45 Pass-Through Joint: Sized to accept terminated CAT5e/CAT6 cable WITH the connector attached. No de-terminating, no recrimping.
  • Two-Axis Set-Screw Lock: Vertical tilt + horizontal pan; both axes lock independently for fit-and-forget aim.
  • Also Works for 12-24V AC/DC: If you're not using PoE, regular low-voltage wires route through the same pass-through cleanly.
  • Outdoor-Rated PETG: UV-stable, freeze-tolerant — matches the doorbell's outdoor rating.
  • Siding Compatible: Flat surfaces or lapped siding up to 1.8" wide.
  • microSD Slot Stays Reachable: Designed so you can swap the microSD card without unmounting the doorbell.
  • Universal Base: Future-proof — switch doorbells later for a ~$10 adapter swap.
  • Complete Kit: Bent-neck pivot base, custom Reolink PoE adapter, set screws, mounting screws + anchors.

Customization & Add-On Options

Installing Your 15-90° Side-Wall Mount on the Reolink Video Doorbell PoE

  1. Tools & Prep: Drill, PH2 Philips (#6 base screws), PH1 Philips (#4 bracket / set screws / doorbell screws — provided preinstalled to the bracket), wall anchors if needed, level. RJ45 crimper (if running new Ethernet) or a pre-terminated CAT5e/CAT6 cable.
If using PoE: any IEEE 802.3af (15.4W) PoE switch or injector works. PoE+ not required. If you're not using PoE, a 12-24V AC/DC transformer at the chime location works too — turn breaker OFF first.
  2. Pull & Terminate the CAT5e/CAT6: Pull a CAT5e or CAT6 from your PoE switch/injector to the doorbell location. Terminate with an RJ45 connector. (If using 12-24V AC/DC instead, pull standard doorbell wires from your transformer.)
  3. Test the Cable Before Mounting: Plug into the PoE switch and into the doorbell on the bench. Verify Live View comes up in the Reolink app and the Chime V2 pairs to your network. Always test before mounting.
  4. Plan the Aim Angle: Stand where visitors approach. Visualize the angle from doorbell to that spot. 15-90° gives a wide range — commit to roughly the right angle before drilling pilot holes to save rework.
  5. Mount the Base: Pull the Ethernet cable through the hole in the swivel base (the pass-through accepts the RJ45 connector). Position vertical on your siding/trim. Attach using #6 screws (PH2 driver) with anchors as needed.
Drill pilot holes if mounting into hard trim wood. Don't overtighten base screws.
  6. Attach the Bent-Neck Swivel Bracket: Route the cable through the swivel joint. Align onto the base and attach using four center #4 / PH1 screws.
  7. Set Initial Angle: Adjust the bent-neck through the 15-90° range toward the visitor approach. Lightly tighten one or two set screws — final tightening comes after Live View confirmation.
  8. Connect & Mount the Doorbell: Plug the RJ45 (or hardwired leads) into the back of the doorbell. Snap onto the custom Reolink PoE bracket using the screws PROVIDED WITH THIS MOUNT (these come preinstalled in the bracket). Do NOT use Reolink's stock back plate.
Use the correct PH1 driver for provided screws. Tighten snugly, do not overtighten.
  9. Aim Using Live View & Finalize Set Screws: Open the Reolink app → Live View → tilt and pan the bent-neck through the 15-90° range until the 4:3 frame covers porch top-to-bottom and faces are centered. Fully tighten all set screws.
Hand-tight on set screws. Over-tightening can crack the swivel joint.
  10. Set Up NVR Recording (Optional): If you have a Reolink NVR, add the doorbell as a channel for 24/7 continuous recording — one of the only doorbells that supports this. Otherwise the microSD card stores motion-event clips locally, no cloud subscription needed.

PoE switch tip: any IEEE 802.3af (15.4W) PoE switch or injector works — you don't need PoE+. If your existing switch isn't PoE, a $20 single-port PoE injector solves it without replacing the switch. The wide pass-through joint accepts the cable with the RJ45 already terminated, so you don't need to recrimp inside the wall.

FAQ — Reolink Video Doorbell PoE 15-90° Mount

Will this 15-90° mount fit the Reolink Video Doorbell PoE?
Yes — custom-shaped for the Reolink Video Doorbell PoE (B0B7S1HMPC). Will not fit the WiFi Plug-In version (separate listing) or the Battery model (different body, separate listing).
How is this 15-90° mount different from the 0-35°?
The 15-90° is for substantial side-wall correction — perpendicular installs where the doorbell sits on a wall offset from the door. The 0-35° mount is for fine-tuning aim on flat-wall installs.
Can I route a terminated CAT5e/CAT6 cable through this mount?
Yes — the wire pass-through is sized to accept a CAT5e or CAT6 cable with the RJ45 connector already attached. No need to de-terminate or recrimp inside the wall.
Does the mount work with 12-24V AC/DC instead of PoE?
Yes. The same pass-through accepts standard low-voltage doorbell wires. If you're not using PoE, just wire the doorbell to your existing 12-24V chime transformer.
Can I install this on vinyl siding, Hardie, brick, or stucco?
Yes. Pair with our Vinyl Siding Adapter for vinyl, the Hardie Siding Mount for cement-board, or use masonry anchors for brick/stucco.
Does this mount support Reolink NVR 24/7 recording?
Yes — the mount is passive, the doorbell does the recording. With a Reolink NVR connected to the same network, you get 24/7 continuous recording (a Reolink-specific feature most other doorbells don't support).
Is the mount weatherproof?
Yes. UV-stable PETG, freeze-tolerant, sealed against rain. 4+ year real-world track record on outdoor installs.
