  1. Tools & Prep: Drill, PH2 Philips (#6 base screws), PH1 Philips (#4 bracket / set screws / doorbell screws — provided preinstalled to the bracket), wall anchors, level. USB-C charger for the battery.
    Battery-only doorbell — no transformer required for basic install. If you're hardwiring for trickle-charge: turn breaker OFF first.
  2. Get a Chime First: The standalone Battery doorbell does NOT include a chime in the box. You'll need a Reolink Chime, the Reolink Home Hub (which doubles as a chime), or rely on phone notifications. Plan this BEFORE mounting.
  3. Charge the Battery: Charge the included battery pack to 100% via USB-C (~6 hours from empty). Pair to the Reolink app indoors before mounting — easier.
