Does NOT fit: the Roku Wired Video Doorbell (B0CZGZRFJ1 — different slimmer wired body) or the Roku Video Doorbell SE (DS1000R — older form factor). Each Roku doorbell body has its own dedicated mount listing. Also does not fit Ring, Nest, Wyze, Eufy, Aqara, Tapo, Arlo, ecobee, Reolink, or any non-Roku brand.

Confused which Roku doorbell you have? The wireless model has a removable battery pack, no wires required for operation, and the box says "Wire-Free" or "Wireless". The wired model is slimmer and requires existing 16-24V AC doorbell wiring. The SE is the older legacy model. Customization & Add-Ons

Installing on the Roku Wireless Video Doorbell

  1. Charge First: Charge the Roku doorbell fully via USB-C before mounting (~5 hours from empty). Pair it to the Roku Smart Home app indoors first — pairing is much easier with full Wi-Fi signal indoors.
  2. Plug In the Included Chime: Plug Roku's included indoor chime into an outlet within Wi-Fi range (it acts as a Wi-Fi extender for the doorbell, so closer = better).
  3. Link to Your Roku TV/Stick: In the Roku app, link the doorbell to your Roku TV or Streaming Stick so visitor alerts and live view show on the TV. Test it with the doorbell button before mounting.
  4. Mount the Base: Position vertical or horizontal on your siding/trim, secure with #6 screws (PH2 driver). Anchors as needed if not into a stud. Battery-only — no wires required.
  5. Attach the Swivel: Screw onto the base with four #4 / PH1 center screws.
  6. Snap the Roku Doorbell In: Use the screws PROVIDED WITH THIS MOUNT (PH1 driver) — NOT Roku's stock back plate.
  7. Aim & Lock: Live View in the Roku app → adjust the swivel until the 150° frame fully covers your porch path → tighten the set screws. Test the live view on your Roku TV to verify framing.

Subscription tip: Roku includes a 90-day Smart Home Subscription with the doorbell, but the core "live view on TV" feature works without subscription. Subscription is needed for cloud video history. Many users skip the renewal and rely on the live view + chime alerts only.
