0-35° Adjustable Mount for the EZVIZ DB1C Wired Video Doorbell
Built for the EZVIZ DB1C Wired Video Doorbell — Hikvision's consumer brand value doorbell with 1080p head-to-toe video, 170° vertical field of view, dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 + 5GHz), AI human detection, and IP65 weatherproofing. The bracket cradles the slim DB1C body (5.05 × 1.82 × 0.76" — narrow enough for tight trim) and the 0-35° dual-axis ball joint aims the head-to-toe frame in any direction. Outdoor PETG, made-to-order in the USA.
Custom-Fit for the EZVIZ DB1C Wired Doorbell
This bracket is shaped specifically for the EZVIZ DB1C Wired Video Doorbell — Amazon ASIN B08CXMJJC3 (also B09JJPDV2V, B09J29ZXHB, and B0C4T9VP9R as variant bundles). EZVIZ's 1080p (1536×1536) wired doorbell with 1:1 head-to-toe aspect, 170° vertical field of view, dual-band 2.4/5GHz Wi-Fi (rare on doorbells), AI human detection, IP65 weatherproof, two-way talk, microSD up to 256GB, H.265 video compression. Wired-only operation: requires existing 12-24V AC chime power. Body measures 5.05 × 1.82 × 0.76 inches.
Does NOT fit: the EZVIZ DB2 Wireless (B09FJMLJW4 — battery-powered, totally different chunkier body) or the EZVIZ DB1 Pro 5G (B09YVGXV6G — 5MP version with different shape). Each EZVIZ doorbell body has its own dedicated mount listing. Also does not fit Ring, Nest, Wyze, Eufy, Aqara, Tapo, Arlo, ecobee, Reolink, or any non-EZVIZ brand.
Confused which EZVIZ you have? The DB1C is wired-only, has the slim 0.76"-thick narrow body, and has "DB1C" prominently on the box and product label. If yours has a battery compartment, that's the DB2 — different mount. If yours is thicker/chunkier and is marketed as 5MP / 5G WiFi, that's the DB1 Pro — different mount.
Hikvision Quality at a Budget Price — Aim It Right
The DB1C is EZVIZ's value play — Hikvision-grade hardware at a sub-$80 retail price, with the rare combination of 5GHz Wi-Fi support AND a head-to-toe 1:1 view in a slim body that fits 0.76" of trim space. AI human detection cuts down false alerts from blowing leaves and shadows.
That head-to-toe frame is wasted if it's pointed at siding next to the door. This 0-35° dual-axis swivel mount rotates the DB1C in any direction up to 35° so the 170° vertical view actually catches the porch top-to-bottom, locked permanently with set screws.
Two-Axis Aiming, 0-35° Range
One smooth ball joint. Aim left, right, up, or down — all the way to 35° in any direction. Lock the angle with set screws. Done.
Internal Wire Routing — Hidden & Protected
Low-voltage wires enter from the wall, pass through the hidden internal channel inside the ball-joint mount, route through the front adapter, and connect directly to the doorbell terminals. No exposed wiring, no weather risk.

Installing on the EZVIZ DB1C
- Verify Wiring: Confirm your existing doorbell circuit is 12-24V AC. EZVIZ accepts a wider voltage range than most — but still verify before powering up.
-
Power Down: Turn the breaker off at the chime circuit. Verify with a tester at the existing wires before pulling them through the mount.
- Pair Indoors First: Open the EZVIZ app, add the DB1C, scan the QR code. Connect to 5GHz Wi-Fi if available — the DB1C is one of the few doorbells that supports it. Insert microSD card before mounting.
- Mount the Base: Pull the doorbell wires through the hole in the swivel base, position vertically (DB1C is taller than wide — vertical orientation is most natural), secure with #6 screws (PH2 driver). Anchors as needed.
- Attach the Swivel: Route the wires through the swivel center, attach to the base with four #4 / PH1 center screws.
- Connect & Mount the DB1C: Connect the two doorbell-circuit wires to the DB1C's screw terminals. Snap onto the bracket using the screws PROVIDED WITH THIS MOUNT (PH1 driver) — not EZVIZ's stock plate.
- Aim & Lock: Restore power. Live View → adjust the swivel until the 170° vertical frame covers your full porch (visitor face top, package zone bottom) → tighten the set screws.
Existing chime tip: the DB1C works with most mechanical chimes via EZVIZ's chime resistor or a chime-power kit. If you have a digital chime that won't trigger, use a chime power kit to bypass the chime circuit while keeping the doorbell powered.
