Easy No-Drill Installation Guide
- Prepare Mount: Unpack the mount. Loosen the top clip screw and pull the bottom hook down slightly more than the width of one siding plank.
- Insert Top Hook: At a horizontal siding seam, insert the top hook into the crack at a ~45° upward angle. Rotate the mount down so it sits flat against the siding.
- Secure Top Clip: Once the mount is flat, push the top clip IN towards the siding. Insert and tighten the small screw to lock the top clip in place.
- Secure Bottom Hook: Slide the bottom hook firmly UPWARDS against the bottom lip of the same siding panel until it is snug.
- Lock Bottom Hook: Insert the small side screws into the bottom hook assembly to lock its position if desired.
- Mount Your Camera: Screw the base of your SimpliSafe Outdoor Camera onto the 1/4"-20 threaded post on the front of the mount. Tighten securely, then attach the camera to its magnetic base.
