0-35° Adjustable Mount for the Tapo D130 (Wired Doorbell)

Engineered for the Tapo D130 Smart Wired Video Doorbell — TP-Link's 2K 5MP wired model with the wide 180° head-to-toe view. The bracket is shaped specifically around the D130's body so it sits flush, the lens hood doesn't fight the wall, and the 0-35° dual-axis ball joint lets you tilt and pan in any direction up to 35°. Wire pass-through accepts standard 8-24V doorbell wires. Outdoor PETG, made-to-order in the USA, set-screws lock the angle permanently.

Custom-Fit for the Tapo D130 (Wired)

This bracket is shaped specifically for the Tapo D130 Smart Wired Video Doorbell — Amazon ASIN B0CQQZZXH9. TP-Link's flagship hardwired Tapo doorbell with 2K 5MP resolution, 180° diagonal field of view (172° horizontal × 144° vertical) for true head-to-toe coverage, color night vision with built-in spotlight, IP65 rating, person/vehicle/package detection, two-way audio, and microSD storage up to 512GB. Wired-only operation: 8-24V AC chime power, no battery option. Wireless chime included.

Does NOT fit: the Tapo D210, D225, or D230S1 — they have completely different body shapes (the D210/D225 share their own body, the D230S1 is the older battery model with a removable battery pack). Each Tapo model has its own dedicated mount listing. Also does not fit Ring, Nest, Wyze, Eufy, Aqara, or any non-Tapo brand.

Confused which Tapo you have? The D130 is the only Tapo doorbell that's wired-only (no battery compartment) AND has the wide 180° lens with package detection. If yours has a USB-C charging port on the side, it's a D210/D225/D235. If it ships with a removable battery and a separate sub-G hub, it's a D230S1.

2K Wired with True Package Detection

The D130 is what you choose when you want the cheapest path to subscription-free 2K head-to-toe doorbell video. It hardwires into your existing 8-24V chime circuit, drops a microSD card in the back, and you get color night vision + person/vehicle/package detection without paying TP-Link a monthly fee.

The 180° diagonal lens is fantastic — until your front wall isn't perpendicular to the path people walk. Then the wide-angle frame just shows you a lot of siding and the visitor is in the corner. This 0-35° dual-axis mount rotates the camera body so the head-to-toe frame actually frames your porch.

Two-Axis Aiming, 0-35° Range

One smooth ball joint. Aim left, right, up, or down — all the way to 35° in any direction. Lock the angle with set screws. Done.

Internal Wire Routing — Hidden & Protected

Low-voltage wires enter from the wall, pass through the hidden internal channel inside the ball-joint mount, route through the front adapter, and connect directly to the doorbell terminals. No exposed wiring, no weather risk.

Customization & Add-Ons

Installing on the Tapo D130 (Wired)

  1. Power Down: Turn the breaker off at the chime circuit. Verify with a tester at the existing doorbell wires.
  2. Mount the Base: Pull the doorbell wires through the hole in the swivel base, position the base vertical or horizontal on your siding/trim, secure with #6 screws (PH2 driver). Anchors as needed if not into a stud.
  3. Attach the Swivel: Route the wires through the swivel center, attach to the base with four #4 / PH1 center screws.
  4. Connect & Mount the D130: Connect the two doorbell-circuit wires to the D130's terminals. Snap the D130 onto the bracket using the screws PROVIDED WITH THIS MOUNT (PH1 driver) — not Tapo's stock plate.
  5. Pair via Tapo App: Restore power. Open the Tapo app, scan the QR code, connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Insert microSD card before final mount if you want subscription-free local storage.
  6. Aim & Lock: Live View → adjust the swivel until the 180° head-to-toe frame covers your full porch (visitor face visible at top, packages visible at the bottom of the frame) → tighten the set screws.

Power tip: Tapo recommends 16-24V AC for best low-light performance. If your transformer is only 8-12V the spotlight may dim during recording.
